LOCATION:
Marina di Fiori is the luxurious residential area of the old Genoese city of Porto-Vecchio. The town centre and shops are nearby. The nearest beach is at about 1km. You are also within easy reach of some of south Corsica's most beautiful beaches such as Palombaggia, Santa-Giulia, St Cyprien or Pinarellu.
You can reach Porto-Vecchio by ferry boat - in particular by the SNCM lines - or by air with Figari Airport situated at 20 km.

4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. 1 additional bedroom.
Bedding: 2 double beds (200 x 200 cm), 2 double beds (160 x 200 cm), 2 additional single beds (60 x 180 cm).
3 kitchens : the principal kitchen is independent and the other 2 are kitchenettes, each are fully-equipped. There are 2 dining rooms, a lounge, a cellar, a laundry room. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, 3 fireplaces and cable television. Sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided.

Exterior equipment:
Fenced in private garden enhanced by it's a red granite rockery. A 90 sqm terrace with panoramic view equipped with exterior furniture and lounge chairs. The swimming pool has protected access, a hydro-massage area, and is treated by salt electrolysis for a maximum comfort. A 2 car garage with automatic door, plus 1 other exterior private car parking.

Rates and conditions 2011 :
Fortnight rental from Saturday to Saturday:

18 june to 2 july: 4800 euros/week
2 to 16 july: 6300 euros/week
16 july to 27 august: 7500 euros/week
27august to 17 sept: 4800 euros/week

Payment: 25 % for booking deposit, non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the tenant.
Full payment of balance at arrival. Inventory and statement of state of repair at arrival and when you leave the premises.
