Rates and conditions 2012

2 weeks rental from Saturday to Saturday
Rental includes housework once a week and at the end of the stay.

16 to 30 june: 4800 euros/week
30 juin to 14 july: 6300 euros/week
14 july to 25 august: 7500 euros/week
25 august to 15 sept: 4800 euros/week

Payment: 25 % for booking deposit, non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the tenant.
Full payment of balance at arrival. Inventory and statement of state of repair at arrival and when you leave the premises.
