Rates and conditions 2009:
2 weeks rental from Saturday to Saturday
Rental includes housework once a week and at the end of the stay.

6 to 27 june: 4800 euros/week
27 june to 11 july: 6300 euros/week
11 july to 29 august: 7500 euros/week
29 august to 5 sept: 6300 euros/week
5 to 26 sept: 4800 euros/week

Payment: 25 % for booking deposit, non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the tenant.
Full payment of balance at arrival. Inventory and statement of state of repair at arrival and when you leave the premises.
